Diana has recently started to volunteer at this farm, which is a land rematriation project within the ancestral homelands of Nipmuc People in an area known as “Bogastow Farm.” P8guaso sounds like “bôgwasso” which means “shallow” in Algonkian. The project is part of the Agrarian Land Trust.
I took these photos while Diana was doing farm work. I was particularly enraptured by the monarch butterfly shown in several of the pictures below.
